Guess & Co. Corporation Shareholders elect Directors at 2020 annual meeting

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 -- Guess & Co. Corporation has announced its Board of Directors which are responsible for overall governance, following their recent election at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
The elected individuals to the Board of Directors are Jerry D. Guess (Director & Chairman); D. Michelle Stewart (Director & Deputy Chairman); James R. Jackson (Director & Vice-Chairman); and, Mitchell M. Cohen (Director & Lead Director).
Three individuals - Paris N. Smith, Kyra A. Anderson and Stephen T. Baldacci - were elected Director.
According to a statement, Guess was appointed chairman of the board of directors in January last year. Prior to that appointment, Guess was principal and responsible for strategy and development.
As chairman of Guess & Co. Corporation, he has provided leadership to the Board that has encouraged contributions from all members in guiding the company's future.
Based in Miami, Florida, Guess & Co. Corporation is an emerging global stewardship solutions company with energy, health care, technology and real estate businesses.
